1. Scope
These Terms apply to paid WESTMERE digital services, subscriptions, introductory offers, usage credits, WESTMERE Private access and paid WESTMERE Advisor plans purchased through the WESTMERE website or an authorized checkout.
2. Public identity
WESTMERE is presented publicly under the identity Corlan Westmere. Use of this public identity does not exclude any mandatory disclosure or consumer-protection requirement that applicable law makes non-waivable.
3. Services
WESTMERE provides digital personal-development tools, AI-assisted experiences, content, audio, training, Advisor tools and related online services. Features, usage allowances, credits, human-support capacity and availability can vary by plan and market. Material plan limitations are disclosed before purchase.
4. Prices, taxes and currency
The price shown at checkout applies to the transaction. Mandatory taxes, currency conversion and payment-provider disclosures are shown where applicable. Nothing in these Terms allows WESTMERE to charge a price that was not disclosed before confirmation.
5. Payment
Payments may be processed by supported providers such as Stripe or PayPal. Payment authorization, settlement, currency conversion, anti-fraud controls and provider-specific payment methods can also be governed by the selected provider's terms.
6. Subscriptions and renewal
A recurring subscription renews automatically at the interval and price disclosed before checkout unless cancelled before the next renewal. Cancellation stops future renewals. A charge already processed is refunded only when the contract, WESTMERE policy or mandatory law requires it.
7. Immediate access and withdrawal
WESTMERE paid features are designed to become available immediately. Where applicable law requires an express request before a service can start during a withdrawal period, WESTMERE requests that consent separately before payment. Mandatory withdrawal rights are never removed merely by accepting these Terms.
8. Service already supplied
Where applicable law permits proportional payment after a consumer expressly requested immediate service performance, any amount due is calculated according to the legally applicable rule and the service actually supplied. Internal AI token cost alone does not determine a consumer's legal refund entitlement.
9. Digital content
Where a statutory exception for immediately supplied digital content exists, WESTMERE relies on it only when all legally required prior consent, acknowledgement and confirmation conditions have been satisfied. Otherwise, mandatory rights remain unaffected.
10. Refunds and conformity
Refunds, withdrawal requests, duplicate or unauthorized charges and remedies for defective or non-conforming digital services are handled under the WESTMERE Refund & Withdrawal Policy and mandatory law.

Users can request cancellation of future subscription renewals electronically. Where a market requires a direct online cancellation mechanism, WESTMERE provides one through the cancellation page.
Cancel a subscription12. Advisor plans
Purchasing a paid Advisor plan is separate from earning commissions. Advisor commissions arise only from eligible customer transactions under the Advisor Program Terms and attribution rules. No commission is paid merely for purchasing an Advisor plan or recruiting another Advisor.

WESTMERE may maintain auditable service-usage records for billing, allowance management, fraud prevention, customer support, legal compliance and the assessment of a refund or withdrawal request. Such records do not replace mandatory legal calculation rules.
14. Acceptable use
Users may not misuse WESTMERE, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with security, fraudulently repeat introductory offers, resell access without authorization or use the service for unlawful activity.
15. Professional-services disclaimer
WESTMERE personal-development and AI features do not replace medical, mental-health, legal, tax, investment or other regulated professional advice. Users remain responsible for decisions made using the service.
16. Intellectual property
WESTMERE content, interfaces, frameworks, written works, audio, visual assets and other protected materials remain subject to applicable intellectual-property rights. Purchase grants only the usage rights expressly attached to the product or service.
Copyright & Intellectual Property17. Liability and mandatory rights
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability or consumer rights that applicable law does not permit to be excluded or limited. Any contractual limitation is interpreted subject to those mandatory protections.
18. Privacy and cookies
Personal-data processing and the use of cookies or similar technologies are governed separately by the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
19. Governing rules and disputes
Mandatory consumer protections of the customer's market remain applicable where they cannot be contractually displaced. Any governing-law, jurisdiction or dispute-resolution clause is read subject to those protections. Where a legally required consumer mediation body has been validly designated, its details are supplied in the legal information applicable to the transaction.
