CORLAN WESTMERE
Cookie Policy
Effective October 2, 2026.
1. What this policy covers
This Policy explains how WESTMERE uses cookies, local storage and similar technologies on its website and digital services.
2. Strictly necessary technologies
WESTMERE can use technologies that are necessary for authentication, security, fraud prevention, checkout continuity, remembering a language or privacy choice, maintaining a session and providing a feature expressly requested by the user. Where applicable law exempts these technologies from consent, they can operate without an optional advertising or analytics consent.
3. Preferences
Preference storage can remember settings such as language, interface choices and consent decisions. WESTMERE limits this use to what is reasonably necessary for the requested experience.
4. Analytics
If WESTMERE enables analytics technologies that require consent in the user's market, they must remain disabled until the required consent has been obtained. Analytics that qualify for a statutory exemption are handled according to the conditions of that exemption.
5. Advertising and measurement
Advertising pixels, cross-site measurement or similar non-essential trackers are not treated as accepted simply because a visitor continues browsing. Where consent is legally required, WESTMERE must obtain it before activating the relevant tracker.
6. Your choices
Where a consent interface is displayed, accepting and refusing optional trackers must be offered in a clear manner. Users can later revisit their choice using the Cookie Settings control made available on the site when optional trackers are active.
7. Provider technologies
Authentication, hosting and payment providers can set technologies required to perform their requested service. Depending on the feature used, this can involve Vercel, Supabase, Stripe, PayPal or another provider disclosed in the relevant interface or privacy documentation.
8. Changes
This Policy can be updated when WESTMERE changes its technologies or when applicable rules change. A materially different optional use that requires consent is not treated as covered by an old consent when applicable law requires a new choice.
