Corlan Westmere is the author name under which WESTMERE works, frameworks, written materials and related original content are publicly presented.

Protected material

Unless expressly stated otherwise, original text, books, articles, frameworks, course material, prompts, audio scripts, recordings, graphics, interface copy, training materials, methods, compilations and other original WESTMERE content displayed or delivered through the service are protected by applicable copyright and intellectual-property laws.

Permitted personal use

A customer may use purchased or subscribed content for personal use and any other use expressly granted by the applicable product description. Access to a digital service or purchase of a work does not transfer copyright ownership.

Restricted uses

Except where permitted by law or written authorization, WESTMERE materials may not be copied in substantial part, republished, sold, sublicensed, redistributed, impersonated, scraped for commercial republication, used to create a competing substitute, or presented as another person's original work.

Quotations and references

Limited quotation, criticism, review, teaching, research or other legally permitted uses remain governed by applicable law. Where attribution is appropriate, the public author credit should identify Corlan Westmere.

Trademarks and branding

WESTMERE names, product names, logos, visual identity and distinctive branding may also be protected by trademark, passing-off, unfair-competition or similar laws. No license to use WESTMERE branding is granted except as expressly authorized.

Advisor materials

Certified Advisors may use current WESTMERE sales and communication materials only within the permissions provided by the Advisor Program. They may not alter claims, remove required disclosures, register confusingly similar branding or present WESTMERE intellectual property as their own.

AI-assisted outputs

Rights in individual AI-assisted outputs can depend on applicable law, the nature of the human contribution and any third-party rights. This notice does not claim exclusive rights over material that is not legally protectable. It does protect original WESTMERE-authored selection, arrangement, text, frameworks and other human creative contributions where applicable.

Rights reservations

Any rights not expressly granted are reserved. Authorization for commercial republication, licensing, adaptation or distribution must be obtained through an authorized WESTMERE contact channel.
